About us

The Marisa Shopping Center is a new shopping destination in the heart of Trogir and the first shopping center in Trogir,
a town under Unesco protection. The Marisa shopping center has 6 floors (2 parking floors, ground floor and 3 overground floors divided into 31 business spaces).

The surface of about 22,000 m2, of which 7300 m2 of parking space (two underground floors with about 237 parking spaces) leaves no one indifferent.

The Marisa Shopping Center has a secured multifunctional and common spaces suitable for workshops, presentations, lectures and an exhibition space where everyone with a good and creative idea gets a significant place.

The logo of the Marisa Shopping Center is made up of a well-known Trogir lace that resembles a butterfly. The center has kept that detail as the culmination of coexistence and growing up with its tenants and visitors. “The caterpillar slowly grows, advances and eventually grows into a beautiful butterfly.”
